Schmidt’s of German Village has been providing legendary food and service to Central Ohio and beyond
for over 100 years. For the past 80 plus years the special events team has participated in fairs,
festivals and special events of all varieties.
We are basically a self-contained tent operation. We
generally use our own 10x20 tents with a workspace behind of approximately six feet. We need
access to water, 110 electricity and space to park our refrigerated supply vehicle. |
Schmidt’s
events makes every effort to staff the counter with local volunteers (paid) so that money goes
straight back into the community in which we are selling.  We have over 30 volunteer organizations
who last year generated nearly $50,000.00 for their groups.
We believe that Schmidt’s own Bratwurst, Bahama Mama’s (topped with sauerkraut of course!),
Jumbo Cream Puffs and other delicious menu items enhance any event. Organizers know that
Schmidt’s excellent quality and reputation compliment their event and help draw attendance to
their fair, festival or show. |

Main St. Fort Worth Arts Festival, Red White and Boom!, The BIA Parade of Homes, The Ohio State
Fair, German Village, Zinzinnati and Minster Oktoberfests, The All American Quarter Horse Congress
and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo as well as numerous other festivals and celebrations make
us a natural fit for most any occasion. |
